How much do the recycling bins cost?
The bins are usually $8.00 each, but if you are a first time buyer, the city of Burlington will pick up part of the cost for the first bin. Your cost will be $3.00 for the first bin. Extra bins are $8.00 each.
What should I do with my recycling bins if I move?
Once purchased, your recycling bin is yours to do with as you wish. If you move within the city of Burlington or to another of our member communities, you can take your bin with you to use at your new residence. If you leave the area, you can either leave your bin behind for the next resident to use or take it with you.
When will my recycling be picked up?
